We pay $2,000 a year in annual dues for our properties and management has locked our bath houses so we can’t use them. And yet they are paying a cleaning crew out of our association money to “clean” . We filed numerous complaints with the Cecil County Health Department and the State of Maryland. To date the locks have remained on and access to the facilities and running water has been denied to property owners.
